Joe Lewis Thomas, simply known as Joe, has been a major R&B mainstay for many years. He maintained longevity by staying true to his core fans, never straying from the recipe that made him a star. Many albums later, Joe still delivers the sounds we love. His music library spans decades and, hopefully, shall continue on forever.

On this site, you will find blog entries of each song lyrics from Joe's vast library of music. This site has the most accurate lyrics of Joe's music you will find online. The lyrics within each has been transcribed by yours truly. Many times, I would venture online in search of Joe music lyrics and I would come up empty or unsatisfied with the results. Fed up, I began listening to Joe's music and painstakingly jotting down everything he said (minus a few background sounds and ad-libs here and there).

Some lyrics may be incorrect or absent. Remember, I tried my best... really. I am human lol. If you find any mistakes or wish to change something, send me a message. If approved, they will be adjusted. You will also find that in some songs I do not know what he's saying. And yes, other lyric sites may contain lyrics there but chances are they're incorrect or I simply disagree lol.

The Point of This Site

Many times I ran to the internet in search of lyrics for Joe's music and I was met with either no lyrics, incorrect lyrics or incomplete lyrics. Doing away with the internet, I decided to personally decipher each song myself by listening to the man sing. I've been doing this soon after the release of "My Name Is Joe" so it's been a very long time. No I don't understand everything he's saying but I try my best. Yes I looked online for help. Yes I even looked in some of the Japanese album releases as they contain lyric books but those aren't always accurate either. And yes, you can help as well.
